I went to Times Square for the first time this weekend! I'm not sure if I ever went to Times Square when I came up here to NY back in 2000. I don't remember.
Times Square at night, is very crowded and bright because of all the signs. There's just a lot of signs and cool sights for tourist to take photos. I'll post up my Times Square photos soon.
It is getting HOT in New York again. It was a bit milder last week, but looks like it's going to be a scorcher this week. It's pretty bad, I don't think it gets this hot and humid in Tallahassee. Oh well.
Cousin Jamie graduated high school last week, congrats to her. My cousins are on summer vacation now, so will try to get cousin Amy to do more things besides watching old Chinese series all day. :P

There was a 20+ legged insect crawling around in the bathtub last night. I shot it with a rubber band and all its legs flew off.
Jamie says a mouse crawled into her room last night, from underneath the door. Now there's a rat sticky trap in my room, there'll probably be something stuck to it by the end of the week.
The water that comes out of the sink is cloudy white.
There are like 4 dozen eggs on the floor in the kitchen. In fact there are always several dozen eggs on the floor, even when it's 80 some degrees outside. And no, there's no air conditioning either. And yes, we're going to have to eat these eggs.
These and other predicaments will be further explained in my future article... "Living with the Wong's".

I need a hair cut!!! My hair is crazy long and messy. I so want to shave it all off. Let's see if I can do it this weekend.
Perhaps I should get my hair cut outside, as in a barber. I don't think I've ever had my hair cut "outside" before. When I was at home, my mom cut my hair. And when I was in college, I cut my own hair. But now, I don't have my timmer set. I should just go invest in a decent one.
Of course, when I say "hair cut" I mean "buzz", because that's all I do when I cut my own hair... is buzz it all off.
Anybody want to help buzz my hair?

Went to eat in Chinatown with the Wong's and their family on Saturday night. It was to celebrate the 1 month old baby of my cousin's cousin. You know, the red egg deal. Food was good!
It is HOT! It's been like in the 80s most of the week last week, and looks like this is just how it's going to be for New York in the summer.
Another week of work coming up, let's hope I survive it and can't wait for another weekend. I look forward to weekends as if I'm back in school, what's up with that? Oh well, I need to be more productive and get stuff done for a change. I'm pretty lazy now-a-days I think.
Started watching Legend of Condor Heros (the original version) from the beginning. It's going to be awhile till I finish it and Return of the Condor Heros. This is a great series that I haven't seen in like 10 years or so I think. Sure brings back a lot of memories.

It was hot in New York today! People were out and about in short sleeves and shorts. What a difference from the usually frigid weather and coats you normally see.
I like pasted out alseep last night from lack of sleep the night before I guess. So I woke up early today and went to the park. I haven't been to the park in over a month! There were a lot of people there this morning. The tai-chi group and the excercise group were there (as usual).
I should get back into running I think. I tried to run today and I couldn't do it. I'll blame it on the hot weather. :) And because wushu has taken it's toll on my knees (I hear my knees crackling now when I crouch down, ew).
Antoher week of work and practice coming up. Blah to the former, yay to the latter.

Rain, rain, rain. It's been raining pretty much all day. This week went by pretty quickly, sort of, because of Memorial Day on Monday. I still had to work Monday though, oh well.
Been feeling sort of sick. I dunno what it is, my nose is just stuffed up and runny on and off for a week. Took some generic day quil, so feel a bit groggy now. I should really get into a better sleep schedule. This lack of sleep isn't doing me and my training any good.
So much stuff to do, so little time, so little motivation. >_<
You are listening to the Beatles - "Let It Be"... enjoy! (I've been listening to a lot of Beatles lately, Jamie hooked me up with songs)

It's June! I think it's finally getting warmer. Believe it or not, it was like in the 50s last week. What's up with that?
After practice on Sunday, I saw some students from the
USA Shaolin Temple
. How do I know? Well, they were wearing shirts that said so! They were a bunch of white guys with short buzzed hair with their sleeves rolled up to show off their muscles. Just the kind of people I would expect that train there lol.
Went with uncle and my cousin to practice driving at Floyd Bennett Field last Sunday. Riding in the car is quite scary as you can imagine. New Yorkers who don't drive, usually don't even spend that much time riding in cars, so you put them behind the wheel, and you can be sure I'm sitting uneasy. >_<

The best things about New York thus far...
1) Wushu,
Sifu Chen Ying's wushu school
is so incredibly awesome.
2)
MTA, New York City Transit
, when it's running normally, is such a convenience and I never have to worry about getting a ride home.
3) Food, besides eating everyday at the Wong's, there is an abundance of delicious Chinese foods that I can never get enough of.
You are listening to Green Day - Time of Your Life, enjoy!

Yesterday... I really like this song, and I hope you enjoy it too.
Woke up and felt tired. I guess it doesn't help that I'm not getting to bed until like 2AM every night. Damn the internet for being so addictive and corrupting... yet so good. The internet is like a puppy that poops a lot on your carpet. You can't really blame it, and it makes you angry, but what can you do... it's a puppy. :)
I wonder if anybody visits this page either. I will add more stuff, such as photos and articles, as soon as I get around to it. I'm in the market for a digital camera. If you know of a good deal, hit me up.
On a brighter note, it's getting warmer in New York... finally.

We went out to eat at a resturant last night with the whole family, even grandma! We met with Uncle's brother's family and ate a a local resturant. Food was good :)
I took some generic nyquil last night so I felt groggy all day today. Practice was rough and I felt exhausted. I definately need to get back into a normal sleep schedule if I'm serious about my training.
Edited: 11:24 PM
