Brooklyn Bridge

Ah, Brooklyn Bridge, the world recognized landmark. This was my first time actually walking on the Brooklyn Bridge. I didn't go all the way across, as it was hot... so I basically walked up to the first archway from the Manhattan side.

The pedestrian walk way is actualy in the middle of the bridge, with the car lanes underneath to the sides. I'm sure the views would be great at night overlooking the Manhattan skyline. But it was hot and the sun was blazing when I went, so the skyline was backlit too heavily for any decent photos. Ah, Brooklyn Bridge, the world recognized landmark.
